      I like the idea but am somewhat confused.? “A man kidnaps”.? Kidnaps whom? His wife I presume but it’s not immediately clear from the logline. And everything in a logline should be immediately clear.

      Also, have you considered framing the story in term of two guys married to each other or two women?? And one of them discovers that his or her partner is having an affair with someone of the alternate sex (they met online, of course).? And then…

      That would certainly make the pretense, the disguise more credible.

      Or double the complication:? A guy in a gay marriage secretly dates a? gal in a lesbian marriage.? When their partners find out, the betrayed partners unwittingly hookup for a date to expose the infidelity.? ?Or each betrayed partner hooks up with the betraying partner.

      Anyway, the basic premise is overripe with comedic possibilities. Good luck with the project!

      However, what is the lead character’s goal? Is it to win back his wife? Is it to get revenge? Just curious.
