As Richiev said. ?Who is the protagonist? ?As a result of the abandoned prince showing up 18 years later, what becomes the dramatic problem? ?What is the protagonist’s objective goal?
In order for this to be a story; the lead character must have a goal. Something should stand in the way of that goal. It also helps to have an inciting incident that’s not 18 years old.
Also the way this logline is written it’s unclear who’s the lead character. At first reading I thought it was the young prince… but after reading it again I realize the young prince disappears through 18 years of the story. That is a long time for a lead character to be gone from a story.
This makes me believe the Grandfather King is the lead character. In which the king should have the goal, and something standing in the way of the goal.
Hope that helped, good luck with this!
