A recently deceased barmaid at a Waystation between life and death, helps lost souls confront their real demons, earning a chance to return to Life ? and the woman she loves.
Thanks for the tweaking! It does feel a little more present? like it’s happening now. Not sure about “barmaid” but I can see why. ?Thanks for reviewing

The logline does not present conflict. If the goal is to return to the land of the living, then what is stopping her? Is there a specific antagonist? How does she go about doing this? What is the inciting incident that causes her to pursue this goal?
For general information on creating a logline, study the Formula tab at the top of the page.
This could actually work as a TV show.
Her unexpected death is the inciting incident, and therefore her goal is to get back to life but what’s her main action? What must she do in order to get back to the woman she loves? Her action and the obstacles she faces will make her struggle interesting, otherwise it’s am after life premise that isn’t very original see The good Place and Drop Dead Diva as examples.
