I’m struggling to come up with some conflict. He keeps missing her throughout the week. And one day he tries to catch the train but he misses it and she actually is sitting there waiting for him. I think. Lol

There is always a market for romantic movies. But as currently written, the logline is more of a statement of a situation than a plot. Furthermore, the match up of temperaments, shy vs. free-spirited, is rather a standard technique for generating complications in romances.
The premise wants for a hook, something that makes the concept instantly interesting — AND stand out as fresh, quirky, different form all the other romantic movies made about shy vs. free-spirited people.
Who is the protagonist? The guy? If so, what is his objective goal? What is his game plan for attracting her attention and getting her interested in him?
What/or who stands in the way of his objective goal? His shyness is certainly a complication, but is that the only reason he’s having difficulty hooking up with her? Does he have competition? Is there a rival for her attention?
What’s at stake? Well, of course, love. But what else? Why does he need her love? Why must he have it? Why should we in the audience root for him to win her affection rather than, say, someone else?
