This sounds like a situation, and no more. Why twins? Does the one night stand figure into the story later? The ending is predictable – adjusting ones life to be a mother because you are pregnant.

      Agreed with the above comments.

Adjusting to a new life is hardly material for a story, however, if she has a major obstacle to overcome as a result of the new life it could make for a story.

What is it she does as a result of the pregnancy? Or rather, what is it she wants and does as a result of the pregnancy?

You should give us a stronger goal, or possibly some stakes.

“When she becomes pregnant on the verge of a promotion, a single workaholic business woman must complete a multi-Billion dollar merger, all while negotiating her pregnancy and ?a rival looking looking to take advantage of any misstep.”

Is the inciting incident the discovery of the pregnancy or the birth/ongoing motherhood? It’s hard to suddenly land in motherhood, unless her sister dies and she has to raise an already-born baby?
