      Very short and sweet — but I think too short, and not enough compelling information. We need to know something about the family, something about our hero, and names aren’t needed for that.

      …and without knowing either of these things, what about:

      Abandoned in the wilderness by his elitist family, a young cripple boy must fight his own fears and a host of hungry beasts to survive the night.
