“freed on a technicality…” Great logline; concept though is a bit cliche.
A different twist having the judge be the avenger, but “circuit court”? Too menial for my tastes. Supreme Court? Now, we’re talking! Make the judge a real libby-lib type who lets the heinous among us walk free on technicalities, and you have some strong irony.
Still, when it is all said and done, still sounds like I’ve seen it.
Nice. I can’t see anything wrong with this. Evokes the tone, genre and feel of the movie, while being intriguing and insightful at the same time. My only crit would be that it’s a bit of a tired storyline – but that’s never stopped a movie from being made.
