      You are just stating the inciting incident and the first plot point of your story.
      What happens after they discover the terrorists? What is the goal of your protagonist, as dpg already pointed out above?

      Who (When this even you described happens) takes action and has a specific goal

      Maybe it takes 2hrs to open the container and then that’s it?

      And then what happens?

      The logline sets up a situation for a plot but falls short of outlining? the basic elements of a? plot.? Who is the protagonist?? As a result of the discovery, what becomes his objective goal?? Is there a ticking clock?
