Agree with Richiev. ?”Struggle” is over used in loglines, amounts to a cliche. ?Logline writers should “struggle” ?to use alternative and more specific verbs.

‘Struggle’ is a bad word for a logline, It’s always a redflag. I would try a different word, one that isn’t so passive. Here is a quick re-edit of your logline: (By the way you have a lot of space left to add detail since your word count is so low)

Haven’t seen it. ?But the IMDB blurb, fwiw, has a specific hook and has them doing something more than just investigating. ? The specific hook is ?the elite Justice League. ?And their objective goal is not merely to investigate but to ?struggle to join. They are young superheroes striving to prove themselves worthy to be members of the Justice League.

In terms of marketing the series, it benefits, of course, by being a knock off of the existing DC comic book franchise.

This post isn’t really about the logline, which is a description of a plotline that drives the entire series. It is more of a recommendation. Young Justice was an animated DC Comics television show that ran on Cartoon Network from 2010 -13. The show was critically acclaimed but because of low toy sales CN cancelled it. But the creators of the show are still trying to get it another season, taking to Twitter to urge fans to binge on Netflix.
The show is great, and though it’s been quite a while since I’ve watched it, I recommend it wholeheartedly. The animation is great, the show is suitable for mature and young audiences, and has great diversity. If I remember correctly I personally liked the second(last) season better, but maybe a re watch would yield different results.
The show is great and if you wish to support it binge it on Netflix, buy it on Itunes, or the comics that are set in the same continuity as the show.

A quick summary: The show follows teenage heroes that are a covert team for the Justice League. These heroes include well known sidekicks such as Robin and Kid Flash and other more obscure characters.
The show has serialized stories(I can’t remember if it has a procedural element). It has mature themes, great action, character development and while it is mature it does have humor. And for DC fans who have missed it has a lot of references and includes many obscure DC elements.
It is a great show and I hope it sees another season.
