I have no problem with a villain as protagonist. Besides, the problem is that he has no serious?obstacles, only ‘solutions’. problem: unemployed/solution: fake papers; problem:patients upset/solution: killing them. This movie is a win win win… logline should focus on a longterm source of conflict in my opinion.
Although the villain is often the “star”, the most interesting character in a horror flick (like Freddy Krueger) and the basis for a franchise, ?plots and loglines ?for horror films are usually framed from the point of view of a protagonist threatened by the villain. ? A character whose goal is to defeat the villain.
Who in this story is the focal character fighting to expose and defeat this villain?
