I believe you added too much. Zombies, house party then serial killer, I was going with it until the the last bit.

A house party at the zombie apocalypses sounds interesting, no need for a serial killer, it takes away from the story and makes for way too long of a logline.

“When the zombie apocalypses arrives, a college party animal throws an end of the world party to end all parties!”
