      One bit of confusion. Is the PSYOP scientist on a hallucinogen induced rampage or does he expose the teens to the hallucinogen?

      I feel you need a protagonist, even in buddy-cop or assemble pieces there is normally a “Main” character.

      I like your explanation in the comment above that it is one of those fake haunted house experiences, but with the actors actually out to kill them. However, it makes it difficult to the characters to attack these people if they too are victims.

      Hi there, ?this sounds fun (and scary). The only tweak I’d make is that they are not technically trying to escape a ‘rampage’, but the people who are rampaging. So: ‘Now they must work together to escape as a hallucinogen unleashed by a disgraced PSYOP scientist turns the inhabitants into deranged killers.’ Only a rough idea, but hopefully gives you a flavour of what I mean 🙂
