This is more of a situation than a story.

In a story, a lead character has a goal, but something stands in the way of that goal. In your logline, nothing stops the lead character from explaining how she wishes she would’ve done something to prevent her best friend’s death.

It could be a story problem or it could be that your logline does not truly get across to the reader the central conflict of the story.
