Heavy metal guitarist Charlie lives the rock'n'roll lifestyle but things ?begin to unravel when a vision from God signals his transformation into Buddy Holly. Can he write the song which saves the world or will his pursuit of a Peggy-Sue distract him from his trial?

A dark comedy/drama tentatively titled “The Day That I Die”.

I can’t offer much critique here, but it does sound like an amusing concept. Ok well I’m not quite seeing how saving the world relates to him becomoing buddy holly but it’s certainly an intriguing couple of sentences.

The fact, that quite a critical story element remains vague is useful critique enough so thank you. There;s a fantastical element to it in the story in that Buddy Holly had been destined to write a song which would unite the world. Then the sixties happened at it seemed the human race might have figured it out for themselves but it would seem not.
