      Why does it have to be set in an alternate Arabian fantasy world?? I? don’t see anything special about the plot that requires it?? Why can’t it take place in the real world?

      And as FFF noted, ?a logline about a difficult choice the protagonist faces comes down to an advertisement for one scene in a feature film rather than for the film in its totality.

      And the ex-assassin is portrayed as a hapless. ?passive reactor:? he’s given 2 equally undesirable choices.? He’s being ordered to act out the sheikh’s plot.? What independent, defiant, ?proactive ?choice does he make to resolve the dilemma?? What?choice does he make?rather than?accept the choices??dictated to him by the sheikh?

      ?IOW:? what becomes his objective goal to thwart the sheikh’s objective goal?

      Wow, i m listening to the radio and they are talking about a movie called the assassin by hu xiao xien, the story of a trained assassin who is sent to kill her lover in old china ?and must choose beetween love and her clan of assassin which is dangerous to quit! Try to study this movie, It seems to me that it could help you. Here it s clear that quitting the clan of assassin is lifestaking and she must kill her lover, much more powerful than just ‘an innocent man’. And about the setting in the imperial china, it’s about the birth of martial arts. I’ll see this movie for sure.

      Hello, I think that building a logline ?on a choice is never a good choice. A choice is matter of one scene.or it could be the theme of the movie. Logline should dewcribe the plot, the action, the externzl conflict. I suggest also to make clear how the fantasy world influence the story or it looks just decoration..
      ‘ when his sheik ask him to kill an innocent man, a patriot assassin …. what HAPPENS? what does he must do? What actions dous he must perform
