I don’t believe Governors can sign peace treaties. (You might want to change it to the President)
Here is what I found:
The Constitution?gives?the President?the power to commit?the United States?to treaties ? but only with the advice and consent of two-thirds of?the US Senate, and only if the agreement does not contravene?the Constitution.
So… the mission to take out Osama bin Laden gets a team of seasoned Navy Seals,? the cr?me de la cr?me de la? cr?me of? fighting forces.? But the mission to protect the President only rates a crew of unseasoned “rising soldiers” led by? a man? whose career has been tarnished by a failed mission.
I don’t think so.
Wouldn’t the secret service be all over this?
Military personnel wouldn’t have the specific skills and resources necessary to take action within a civilian environment, or at least not as well as the Secret Service or CIA.
I switched it to a foreign politician. It could be anything of your choosing and? I hope it makes it better and spot on. Thank you for your reviews. I need to be on here more often. Sorry for the absence.
