Okay, so from my understanding, a logline (regardless of genre) should be introducing the main characters, the conflict, and the stakes. All I am seeing here are the main characters. If I am wrong and there are different expectations for a comedy film, then someone please correct me.

      Why?

How did they get the goal to go back in time to help George Washington

Why does it matter to them?

What are the stakes if they lose, after all we won the war without the help of the two navy seals, so what are the stakes of they don’t accomplish their goal?

If you look at the logline for the Wizard of Oz does not mention the tinman , witch or the scarecrow etc. Just mentions girl

gets transported to a magical land and tries to find her way back home. So there is only so many details you could jam into a logline.
