In the movie “The Godfather 2” Vito physically gives a kiss of death, which makes me wonder why a delivery guy would kiss a mobster? I am not sure how you inadvertently kiss someone.
To add to Richiev’s point, it’s only a kiss of death of somebody is watching and knows that’s the signal but it’s usually given by someone in power. Not a lowly pizza guy.
The pizza guy’s life shouldn’t be in jeopardy if he gave the kiss of death either.
