Not sure what “…a new government assurance” means. (And how is an assurance a device?)
Also, you set up the government as the bad guy in the beginning of the logline, then add a new bad guy’ ‘a rogue employer.’ I would stick with one antagonist.
Well the assurance is a mandatory rule passed by the government to guard against retna deteriation…blindness ….But theres a neat twist……Read the synopsis..Be interested to see what you think mate………..HIGH CONCEPT…Brother……..The device well it’s being used for a hidden agenda……….Any more queries.Pretty straight forward stuff.The logline gives you the crux without revealing any insights….There for the script.Happy writing Richiev………….Sure I know the dual protag , antag is daring however because the Government is in cahoots and holds the patent to the L.E.C.S.
