      Hi,

I see how this could work as a short. The wording is a tad confusing – “his troubled life catches up to him all on camera” – does this mean he films things as they happen to him? I take it the film is retrospective, found footage? Just some questions your logline led me to ask.

      Cheers and good luck 🙂

      Hi,

I can see this working as a short and picture the style. I think the wording is just a bit confusing. The way it reads, it suggests he films things as they happen to him, which I’m guessing the viewer will see snippets of, eg he gets approached, beaten up and it’s captured on film maybe. Is the film intended to be retrospective (eg someone finds the film).

Maybe just iron out the wording and you’ll be right.

When a dysfunctional youth attacks and robs a tourist on Bondi beach for their camcorder, he sets about filming his own demise as his past catches up to him throughout the course of the day.

      Not ideal, just a thought.

      Good luck

It does infact all happen to the youth while he is filming! Well, last time I checked the script. It’s a forgiveness tale which I wanted to include in the logline but decided to just talk about the action/events.

Thank you for your suggestions, helpful!
