Like Richiev said. ?This would be a more interesting story if it is ?based on a real case that went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. ?And the only way it could get that far is if it involves a Constitutional issue. ?Otherwise, realistically, it will never get heard above the state courts which is why I dropped the reference to the Supremes.
But if it’s not based upon a real case and ?you know of some arcane legal issue in the premise that would credibly rise to the level of a Constitutional question, then run with it.
I think the logline is solid… I am not sure if I am intrigued by the story. But it just may be my taste in movies.
