On first read, I assume it’s the hitman who has the one night stand… Then she entangles him in a scheme to kill the mobster. Our guy is the professional hitman who never takes any chances, and the one time he lets go and allows this woman into his world for a night… Snap. She’s a black widow and he’s caught in her web. This film promises crime, bad guys upholding their reputations, sex, revenge and death. Potent ingredients for a Crime Thriller.

On second read I wonder if you mean it’s the mobster who has the one night stand… Upsets the girl… She hires the hitman to kill the mobster. If so, revise the wording to make it clearer.
