Whose the protagonist, the young man or the enforcer?
If the protagonist, what is his objective goal?

Hit the post comment button too soon…

What I meant to say is that if the young thief is the protagonist, what is his objective goal in taking the suitcase?

Also about: “The enforcer has sworn a solemn oath to kill himself if he fails…”

Fails to do what? Fails to recover the suitcase? Fails to apprehend the thief?

Presumably its the mob’s suitcase and there is something extremely valuable or compromising inside. Think you should clarify. Also why the oath? Sounds more like a samurai psychopath than a mob enforcer. Think you need a bit more about who he is.

After stealing ??? from the London ?????, a young thief engages in a deadly game of cat and mouse with a vengeful enforcer sworn to kill him.

“deadly game of cat and mouse” – good way of phrasing the chase.
