Seems a bit clunky to me. I’m guessing it’s a comedy. I don’t think the goal of a divorce is high enough, unless they live in India and divorce is taboo; in the States, you generally do not need to prove infidelity. I like the premise, though. I can definitely see a bunch of stumbling fools trying desperately to prove someone a wife is being unfaithful, and can picture the ending when he realizes she really DOES love him, and all is good. I’d try to work on it a bit more to make it smoother.

      Thanks sharkeatingman!

Yep it is a comedy and getting the divorce is his ultimate goal. I will take your advice and change the logline. The reason it is going to be hard and he has to go and get all this proof is because he has to avoid any religious backlash back home with his family. He is based in Australia (so yes heaps of bumbling mates) and he has to get it finalised in India as he is only ‘newly’ married. His wife (as he discovers) is guilty and a scheming manipulative woman so the divorce will be an eventful one…

      Thanks again!
