“When an asocial taxidermist (? no need for his name, who is he? What does he do?) is stranded in the middle of nowhere he strikes up a deal with a rebellious punk to drive her to an audition in order to get home.”
What is he mourning? What is the travel deal exactly? Isn’t his car broken? How is he going to drive her? Is it her car? In which case, why doesn’t she just drive herself? What sort of audition is it? Why does the protagonist need to get home so bad?
Try to flip the protagonist around. The Punk is the active character while Josef is the passive.
“Stuck in the middle of nowhere, a rebellious punk befriends a bitter (occupation)** while trying to get to her big audition on time.”
This is the concept in its simplest form. A logline isn’t concrete, get creative and experiment.
Hope this helps. 😀
