This logline sets up two main characters – the super hero and the bio-terrorist. So who is the story about?

What is a bio-terrorist? Is this a terrorist that uses biological weapons, if so I havn’t heard of such a case. I point it out only because it may be a bit presumptuous to include a strange and story specific description, perhaps better to describe this character as a mad scientist or a convicted biologist.

And why does the convict want to rescue a ?super hero? ?What’s in it for him? ?And what about the plague he engineered? ?Is this causally related to the super hero’s affliction? ?Or is it something entirely different?

And presuming it’s fatal disease, the logline might benefit from a ticking clock that escalates the sense of urgency. ?He only has a limited time to succeed before the super hero dies

I think the antagonist/hero relationship is too complicated. It is unclear whether or not the ex boyfriend engineered the disease the MC currently has? It is also confusing how a super hero could miss the fact that her boyfriend was a bio-terrorist.

Lastly it comes across as if the ex boyfriend is an unlikely antihero main character, as he is the only one with a clear goal – to save his ex girlfriend. Otherwise what will the super-hero do in the movie?

According to my understanding of this logline, the movie is about a mad scientist trying to engeneer a cure for his ex-girlfriend. He’s a bio terrorist and she’s a superhero but the movie still seems to be a boring research in a lab.
