The last part of the logline threw me a bit, not in an off putting way, more like there is a twist in there somewhere that makes me want to read it. Still a bit of fine line though, you might want to take a look at that last part. But otherwise a strong logline and a good length

How will exposing the celebrity save their lives? Won’t that incentivize the celebrity to kill them?

Maybe up the ante a little.
      ————————————
“When a stalker witnesses her favorite online streamer kill his social media partner, she must go on the run before her obsession ends her stream, forever.”
      ————————————-
Because she is an obsessed stalker (With a record) the police don’t believe her.

It could be a take on “Rear Window”, but instead of witnessing the murder because the lead is at home bored because of a broken leg, the lead witnesses the murder in the process of stalking the celebrity.

She sneaks into the house of her celebrity obsession to get a piece of memorabilia but instead witnesses the murder.

Now she is on the run and no one believes her, not even her family, boyfriend, or psychiatrist.
