A dysfunctional dad and his rebellious daughter are forced to join each other in a bike race where they battle the establishment and each other relentlessly.
It seems interesting that both main characters are eccentric; usually one would be the straight (non-crazy) one. Maybe you could expand on dysfunctional with another (1 word) descriptor.
