A solitary ruthless cyborg is hunted by a government agency, but to trust others and become human again is his only hope of escape

The tone and genre is specified here. Sci-fi all the way especially using the term cyborg. Reminds me of a reverse on The Terminator. Feel the line needs a little work though as it seems a little disjointed. It also tells us how he needs to escape and it may be something worth finding out ourselves when we watch the film.
