I like it!
This is the finest and more original idea I read for a long time. Matter for a great four quadrant movie.

You have:
- a funny inciting incident
- a duo of mismatched heroes,
- flaws: they are mismatched; the storck is an old tired-out bird who dreams about its retirement; the ghost is hunted, and feared by the parents,
- an antagonist : the Ghost Hunter,
- a goal: deliver the baby
- multiple stakes: both = keep the baby safe; Storck = be dishonored and keep the charge of the baby; Ghost = be taken or "killed" (if possible)
- perhaps confusion as the heroes may believe that their pursuer wants the baby.

e.g.:
"When an old stork must team up with the grumpy spirit that scared away the parents of the last baby it is delivering, they embark in a crazy trip to locate them while a ruthless ghost hunter stops at nothing for destroying them.?

I hope this idea will not remain just a logline!
