this is really good. start your outline/first draft right now. i actually wasn't hooked until the "son is the bad guy" twist so i say leave it in the logline, but don't have it be the twist at the end. That basically boils it down to: "A technophobic detective tries to save his son from a hacker threatening millions of lives" (if you take it out) or "A technophobic detective learns that his son is a hacker threatening millions of lives." (if you leave it in). I think the second one opens up more layers of conflict and growth for the protagonist but that's just me.
