With killing .... ? What? Time? Opportunity? Bunnies? Moose? Moose and squirrel? I hate loose end loglines. I'd kill (a six pack) for a complete one.

Richiev makes good points. For me it really rambled, and Richiev saw why.

From a logline standpoint. You have given us two possible inciting incidents which causes your logline to ramble a bit

1: When his friend in debt asks him to steal a car
2" When it turns out the car belonged to a drug dealer. (I would also say belongs instead of belonged, because it would be better the car is currently owned by the drug dealer not formerly owned by a drug dealer)

I would go with the second inciting incident.

After stealing a car that belongs to a drug dealer to help out a friend in trouble...

You also have a story problem. In stories the hero solves his own problem. In your story, the action your character takes is... he goes and get's help. That's not proactive.
