When a young teenager wakes up in the middle of a busy city street, alone and with no memories of how he got there, he must work out why society keeps ignoring him and why he is so frigid before he goes mad.

I really like the idea! maybe if you could hint a bit more as to why people would be ignoring him (I'm assuming he may have died?) and use some more dramatic or descriptive language.
