    A young writer with an addiction to drugs attempts to write his masterpiece on a serial killer. Hopeless, he finds himself in a world of bizarre delusion and questions his reality.

    I like the premise, but it seems to wordy to me. "with an addiction to drugs" just plain "drug addict" would suit better for a logline. Keep playing with it, I think your close. best of luck.

    A Janitor suffering from aquaphobia discovers he has the ability to control water. He must conquer his fear to save his fiance from a malevolent man who wants to see the world burn.

    The antagonist is someone who has the ability to control fire, this person killed his parents and made him an orphan. The Protagonist nearly drowned when he was a child I'll work more on the end of the logline some more, thanks all for the feedback.
