Two Cities. Two Heroes. One villan: TWO FACE. Dick Grayson sets off on his own after he and Bruce Wayne have a major falling out- but now, Harvey Dent has pulled a crime that involves both cities and the heroes have to work together again to stop it.
I know that Dick is Knigtwing, Bruce is Batman and Harvey is two face. I would stick to one set of names.

I think you can sharpen it. Drag out some words to make it shorter. This will give it a greater feel of action. Make it more current "He will have to" can be "He has to", which can give it a sense of immediacy. It is a good logline, I know what the movie is by what you have written.
