After peeing on a stick, an aging party girl who has it all: the fiance, the house, the job .. and the crippling anxiety ? must decide if she?s ?old enough? to have her baby.
Does the preference of the guy who got her pregnant figure into the plot calculus?? Or is he just an accidental stud relegated to the sidelines?? Does the plot triangulate among 3 characters or is it a dyad of just 2?And does she want to have a baby (but feels incompetent)?

There must be at least one scene where she stands on the edge of the cliff, about to jump (metaphorically), about to take the pills, slash her wrists — whatever her m.o. is to end her life.?? The story needs a 3rd Act climax,an ultimate crisis scene when all seems lost.? If not a suicide attempt, then what?
Also, if you haven’t seen it, I cannot recommend highly enough “Ordinary People” (1980), the best film ever made dramatizing a teenager’s struggle with suicide.

Also, the logline should focus on the protagonist, the father, who is clearly the character in the driver’s seat of the plot (literally), who is the alpha character trying to keep the gifted boy out of the hands of the Feds.
