"Past abuser" = bully (?) How does being blackmailed motivate him to pursue his crush?? Or is it rather the case that being blackmailed is the primary complication? the major threat to his pursuit rather than the inciting incident?? And how old was he when he slept with the minor?

    >>transform South Carolina?s viewpoints on marital rape.Shouldn't her objective goal be to change the state laws? ?A logline should be specific. It should be laser focused on a specific objective goal.

One must suspend disbelief to buy into fictional premises, but I am not able to suspend mine on this one.? Other’s mileage may vary.

And if I could,? the through line of action is well, static, inert after he gets the prize.? What’s the visual? for “struggles with his guilt”.? Struggle toward what?? What must he do about his guilt?

On the other hand, if the story were set in contemporary circumstances, like a photographer fakes ( Photoshops) a heart-rendering photo of youngster in some conflict somewhere and it goes viral on the internet, wins him a Pulitzer, yada, yada — that might be more credible.

But there still remans the issue of what constitutes the objective goal after he wins the Pulitzer?? What’s the visual for “struggles with his guilt”?? What must he do about his guilt?
