The logline sets up a situation for a plot but doesn’t follow through with a complete plot.? More to the point, it doesn’t designate the inciting incident? that sets the plot in motion.? Nor does it indicate who the protagonist is nor what the objective goal is, what he/she must do to overcome the predicament. ? The logline merely presents them as hapless victims.

This version of the logline raises more questions that curiosity? in my mind. Like:

Is this conceived as a movie with dual protagonists?? And what’s the inciting incident that leads the two to bond for a common purpose?

And what is the anarchist doing, specifically, that creates the wedge issue between them?? And why is he targeting them?

And what is so wrong with a divide between two lifestyles that it must be narrowed?? That happens all the? time in real life.? What’s at stake if they fail to overthrow him?? Why MUST the divide be narrowed?

And by definition, anarchists reject power structures, hierarchies — so what is there for the duo to overthrow?? Particularly, when anarchists are the ones who are supposed to be doing the overthrowing.
