Very Interesting!! The historical references make a very strong movie, and is also very personal, the bodyguard has to do it for honor, revenge and guilty, love that. Also i think movies that relay so well on a revenge are very interesting for people, theres our revenge and the protagonist personal revenge, it gives a lot of emotional oportunities and empathy.

i love comedies about that kind on "leaders" i dont know if you are italian but in my country, Spain, we had censorship till the 70's, and the only way to critizase was comedy, comedy not about the dictator but about people near to him or people who love him.? But there is a little issue, The cliff jump is a campaing, why it has to be a cliff jump? They could find other kind of strategy.
The main goal seems to be to improve Mussolini’s public image, in that case the jump is just one way between a lot of them.

I can see that logline as a shortfilm, it looks like it only going to be that moment, all the people expecting Mussolinis jump, but he dont want to do it,

It would help, as Richiev said before, a hint about how to be a werecat can help to save the world.? Also im not sure how you can fight the black plague if you are not a scientist. Maybe there are more tangible enemies, or a more physical way to fight black plague. I think the black plague could be personified in someone, as there are werecats in that world.
