I don't understand this logline at all, I'm afraid.

What does his girlfriend's kidnapping have to do with a terrorist plot? Why would robbers plan a terrorist plot? Or is it a Die Hard kinda thing? The goal is to stop them planning the plot... not actually stopping the plot while it's in play. Visually, it would more interesting to stop it while it's happening.

There NEEDS to be a connection between the elements. If the Inciting Incident is the kidnapping of the girlfriend then why isn't the goal to rescue his girlfriend????
