A Jewish Rabbi heads into Israel’s bleak wilderness to fast for forty days, symbolic of his ancestor’s forty year venture from Egypt to the promised land of Israel. We follow him from the beginning to the end as we get insight into the man called Christ, his humanity and his ultimate purpose in life that will involve great suffering. Tempted by invisible forces of darkness in high places, he succeeds where so many have failed leading to a revolutionary cause that will forever change and shake the very foundations of life itself.

I like the garb, but not the language. I don't think it adds authenticity, just as accents often don't.
Also, Jewish Rabbi is redundant. A Rabbi is Jewish by definition. Personally, I would start by saying that: When a Rabbi goes into the wilderness of .... was it Paran, or wherever ... (sorry, not too up to date on the New Testament) for 40 days, the doubts and tempations he must overcome proves him to be the Christ. Or something like that. I still think there's not enough in there. I agree with Presario 2200. The way it is done sounds like a short rehash of what was done before. Sorry. Interesting idea, though.

It's just about him fasting in the wilderness. It's not about his ministry yet, it's literally him in the desert for forty days with flashbacks and visions of the future, I would like it to be a fifteen minute short film with Middle-eastern, Jewish actors and the film with little to no dialogue but when the two major forces speak, it would be in Hebrew or Aramaic.

I'd like to think it's a cross between 127 Hours and Gerry with a simple plot like Gravity but involving Christ. The Climax would be the showdown with the three temptations. And his name in the film would be Yeshua spoken, I would like to keep it as grounded as possible, no white robes for Jesus Christ, just a simple grey, brown garb. A long, scruffy beard and unkempt long hair.

I think that would be alot more powerful to show Christ's humanity and have people relate to him in that way than a full on film about Jesus' life (which I would love to do). Shortening will be done, consider it a w.i.p. logline.

Since you plan on making a movie about Jesus. I would encourage you to not do what others have done, and that is to change what is written in the Gospels. For example, in the movie "King of Kings", a sinful woman goes to find the house that Jesus lies in only to find his mother there. There is nothing in the gospels about that. Also, do not tamper with what Jesus says over the bread and wine at the Last Supper or you will change the entire meaning and purpose of what is happening right there. Too many movies have done that.
