      Exciting… but it’s like you need the action. How does the tapes/recordings turn her life around. What is her quest…?

      Maybe continue this:

      After finding deadly recordings of her parents who died unexpectedly a Japanese Amarican woman…

      For example
      – seeks revenge
      – learns things about her past that forces her to change her life for good
      – discovers the president it the next target and has 24 hours to save his life..
      – tries to escape herself being killed

      I am not sure what you mean by deadly recordings? In what way are the recordings deadly? Does the person who watches the recordings die?

      Or instead, do you mean that she discovers recordings of her parent’s death, which is a completely different thing.

      “When she discovers recordings of the events leading to her parent’s death, a Japanese American must…” (Then tell us what the lead character must do)
