I think this almost there however a super heroine addicted to drugs seems like a contradiction. I’m also not sure whether the character is human who a super hero fictional character . Think that just needs clarity. All the best hope this helps.
When a rival conspires to get him banned for blood doping, a runner fights to prove his innocence and get re-instated in time to run against his rival in the Olympics.
I like dpg’s rewrite, how about this little tweak:
