Wait. If they’re both comatose, how can they do anything at all, let alone falling in love again?
I think it’s better if you change it to having amnesia instead, as another poster suggested.
If BOTH are comatose, how can they do anything, realize anything to fall in love again and wake up?
the original concept was only one had amnesia and they didn’t realise they wetter in a dream state
How about this:
“After a horrific accident two comatose lovers meet in a dream state with no memory and must fall in love again if they’re to awaken.”
Is there an Antagonist or obstacle besides their amnesia?
