I like the title, and the first half of the logline. I think you give away the ending in the second half, removing any curiousity. Personally, I’m not curious as to why he came to this conclusion, since it’s pretty obvious to most of us that it is the right conclusion.
The drama comes in when he makes the decision to take these extreme measures of “judgment”. This is your hook.
Therefore, “A (describe your protag in his before-world) turns into a violent vigilante in his efforts to comprehend the senseless murder of his child and avenge her death against all things evil.”
Sounds like “Death Wish 2.0”, which is need of a re-boot!
