      Indeed! To answer your question, pretty much the whole police department are in league with a drug cartel. Not sure whether to state that in the logline, or tease the reader with the unanswered question…

      I guess the question I have is, who is the bad guy, the chief of police? The mayor, a corrupt businessman? The father of one of the teens?

      I like the premise, I can see the teens sinking more and more in trouble since who are they going to tell? The police?
