This is for a short student thesis film. The artist is like a mix between Winston Churchill and Hunter Thompson and the student is like Jonah Hill with his balls cut off.
Added some character description in there. I think it accentuates their opposing character traits. I will definitely post it! I am writing it now and will be raising funds and looking for producers in the fall. Here is a link to my site www.vibrantfilms.com
At a job interview a timid college student is forced by a psychotic artist to break up with his girlfriend, tell off his landlord, and quit his temp job only to find that he has gone to the wrong interview.?
Is this better?
"At a job interview a broke college student is forced by a psychotic artist to break up with his girlfriend, tell off his landlord, and quit his temp job only to find that he has gone to the wrong interview."
Act 1 he is in his car getting ready for the interview
Act 2 he is in the interview and is given the option to leave (after the artist almost kills him with a blowtorch) but makes the decision to stay because he is fascinated by the project.
It ends at PP2 when the person who was supposed to be interviewed shows up and he is tossed back to the ordinary world.

This could be really funny...
You can shorten the sentence by restructuring it and say "At a job interview, a broke college student..."
Is it important that he is a college student? He is now a job seeker. And does he have a character trait? I'd say he is gullible, so why not use it in the character description.
Perhaps something along the lines of:
"When a broke and gullible job seeker is told by his future employer to..."
What interests me, though, is what will happen in Act 2. What will he do now? Is he trying to get the girlfriend, temp job and room back? Or is there no Second Act? In a short film it can be perfectly fine if the film ends right at the moment of realisation.
