I like this logline better than the one at the top.

Ok..let's try this one. Same story, different point of view.

After millions of bank account and pin numbers are stolen, special agent Mason Young must stop the hackers from bankrupting millions of Americans.?

I had it that way at first. It just didn't sound right to me. I'm working on it....

I would change this to present tense. Instead of "has found themselves," I would say, When they, "Find themselves"

That's fine, but surely that's business as usual for a team of hackers? What are the stakes here? Why tell the story of this hack and no any other? Why are they in particular danger this time?

Most importantly, what's happening in the real world during your movie? How do the secret service come after them, and what do they do about it? The key to selling a hacking movie is making sure people understand it's not two hours of people sitting at keyboards. If you can emphasise the action-adventure component, it will be an easier sell...

Include what they did that got the secret service's attention, and you might have something here.
