Revision: A teenager named Anthony gets drafted by the FBI onto a team tasked with the takedown of an up and coming drug lord.

Makes me think of 21 Jump street... Regardless, unless the "crime lord" is your protagonist, your logline should revolve around the hero of the story. Give us a sense of who they are and what they're up against.
