The one below is better as tells us more. This one doesn't give us an entire story or a journey. There isn't much there to pull out a full film. If they are taken by aliens surely they want to get home so that should be what is in the logline so people know the film will be about them trying to get home. 'believing in higher powers' isn't enough to sustain an audience for an entire film as doesn't feel like it is anything. Need to mention a goal in the log line. The one below is better and people have given you some great comments on that in which direction to take it.
